Public oversight and meetings
A committee of 12 members appointed from city and county advisory and planning bodies reviewed the water infrastructure study and participated in 36 public meetings.
The committee’s work supported data collection, technical analysis, public participation, and recommendations to elected officials. It concluded after the Phase II report in early 2010.
